What products and services do you offer? We offer custom Cakes, Cupcakes, Strawberries, Chocolate High Heel Shoes and Favors. Special requests for other sweets can be accommodated. We also offer dessert table set-up. Are your products allergen free? No, We use traditional ingredients that are not guaranteed to be nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free, sugar-free, wheat-free, or gluten-free. What forms of payment do you accept? All transactions are done via PayPal invoices. A PayPal account is not needed to complete your transaction. |
When should I place & confirm my order?
Cake and Dessert orders should be submitted online at least 3 weeks in advance and a 50% non refundable deposit must be paid to confirm your date with the balance due one week prior to pick up.
Wedding Cake orders should be submitted online 3 to 6 months in advance. A $150 deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance will be part of a payment plan that will ensure full payment of the order one month prior to the event.
Do you accept last minute orders?
Last minute orders are accommodated based on availability and are not guaranteed. A "last minute" fee of $20 will be applied to your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed.
Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment and the late fee.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for an additional fee for orders that consist of a 2 Tier or larger cake. A set up and delivery fee will be charged on all wedding and tiered cakes within a 10 mile radius of our location based on mileage and associated tolls.
All other orders must be picked up.
Do you have a photo release policy?
Yes. It's Not Just Cake does photograph all items created by us and may also photograph your order on premises. It's Not Just Cake reserves the right to use any photographs for display, advertisement or promotional purposes without compensation to you or with out your consent.
